All contests are open to CKEC radio listeners , with the exception of CKEC Radio employees and immediate families, promotional sponsors, their staff and immediate families. Unless otherwise stated by CKEC.

Proper identification is required prior to receiving prize (valid driver's license, passport, or other photo ID).

Prizes are non transferable. Substitutions are not permitted.

Station is not responsible for the delivery of the prize.

Any additional costs incurred as a result of accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

CKEC reserves the right to limit winners. There cannot be more than one winner per household within a  two-month period.

Prizes cannot be exchanged.

Grand prize winners (prizes valued over $1000) will not be eligible to participate in contests within a 12-month period.

Prizes must be claimed within 2 weeks of the winning date, unless otherwise directed.

It is the responsibility of the winner to claim their prize within the designated time.

Prizes must be picked up at our reception desk Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 4:30pm.

All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.

In the event a winner chooses not to accept a prize, they forfeit any and all claims to the prize which can be awarded to a new winner from the registered contestants at the discretion of CKEC Radio.

If an event (concert, movie screening etc.) is cancelled, CKEC Radio is not responsible for substituting a prize, or refunding any costs incurred by prize winner.

CKEC Radio is not responsible for defective prizes.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded, no cash substitutes.

Prizes may be subject to restrictions.

Any applicable taxes and gratuities as a result of winning a prize are the responsibility of the prize winner.

CKEC Radio and participating sponsors will not be responsible or liable in any way in regards to the prize, or any aspect of the prize, not being available, due to circumstances beyond our control.

By entering a contest, he/she is giving CKEC Radio consent to publicize and/or broadcast his/her name, character, likeness, or voice on-air or online.

CKEC Radio may not be held responsible for any technical or mail difficulties for example; phone that cause a potential winner to be disconnected from studio lines, email the station is unable to open or not delivered, and mail lost by the post office.

The decision of CKEC Radio in regards to the rules, and interpretations of these rules, is final.

CKEC Radio reserves the right to change or supplement contest rules at any time.
